About The Role
We are now recruiting for a Finance Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all sales ledger activities including managing the credit controller and dealing with clients when escalation is needed.
Manage and oversee the purchase ledger function including authorising all payments and managing the payment run.
Support HR with any queries
Creating the monthly and quarterly intercompany charges
Managing HMRC for the company
Monitoring the nominal ledger processing all journals for all companies
Management of work in progress and stock reports within the accounting function.
Production of Accounts and liasing with the Accountant on Year End
Liasing with the bookkeeping team on the Sage Entries
Produce all management reports for the company including:
1. Margin Reports
2. Net position report
3. Weekly Cashflow Report
4. Bonus Figures
5. Client Reports
6. Monthly sales reports
7. Monthly Profit & Loss comparison report
8. HMRC Reconciliation Report
9. VAT Reports and Returns
Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 per year
